Can moisture-damaged baseboards be replaced?
Yes after the moisture source is fixed and the wall is dry. We replace the damaged boards; we do not provide mold remediation or plumbing. Soft exterior trim, sills, or structural wood beyond the baseboard run is scoped on wood rot repair.
